On December 14th, 2022, at approximately 5:17 pm, the victim contacted the police department about a hit and run crash which just occurred. The victim advised officers on scene they parked their vehicle in the 500 block of West Main Street facing west. A passing vehicle side swiped the victim’s vehicle as it passed by, damaging the side view mirror. A witness heard the crash, but did not see the striking vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
