On December 3rd, 2022, at approximately 1:30 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 300 block of South High Street for a domestic issue. The victim reported their ex-girlfriend arrived and forced their way into the apartment. Once inside a verbal argument occurred which turned physical. The victim had visible injuries consistent with what was reported to have occurred. The ex-girlfriend was identified as Neal. Neal was arrested and was transported to the Cumberland County Prison. She was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Birbeck. Neal was given ROR bail. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
