On December 4th, 2022, at approximately 9:48 pm, the police department was dispatched to the area of West Marble Street and Williams Grove Road for the driver of a vehicle sleeping behind the wheel. The vehicle was located and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Perruso. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. It was determined Perruso was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
