On January 29th, 2024 at approximately 8:04 pm, the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of West Keller Street for an assault. An investigation revealed there was an argument between the victim and Tray-Born Carter. During the argument, Carter struck the victim in the head causing an injury. Carter was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed and arraigned. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
