On September 10th, 2022, at approximately 1:33 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 500 block of West Simpson Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brown and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Brown was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
