On January 18th, 2024 at approximately 8:15 pm, an Officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. The driver was identified as Josalyn Seymour. During the traffic stop, Seymour ignored Officers’ orders. When she was informed she was under arrest, Seymour resisted Officers’ attempts to place her into handcuffs. Eventually Seymour was placed into handcuffs and transported to Cumberland County Prison where she was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
