On September 8th, 2023 at approximately 6:55 pm., the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to the 800 block of North Arch Street for an active assault. Upon speaking with the involved parties, it was determined Buddhi Rai assaulted the victim. Rai reportedly struck the victim in the face during an argument. The victim did have injuries consistent with being struck.
Charges – Simple Assault / Harassment / Endangering the Welfare of Children
