On November 4th, 2023, at approximately 1:41 am, an Officer observed a vehicle code violation in the 400 block of East Main Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Hudson Onkst. During the investigation, Onkst was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Onkst was under the influence to the degree he could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Onkst was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
