On November 4th, 2022, at approximately 12:53 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400 block of North Walnut Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Bar and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Bar was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
