On March 23rd, 2024 at approximately 11:04 pm, an officer observed a person laying in the roadway in the 100 block of East Main Street. The officer learned the person jumped out of a moving vehicle operated by Rebecca Zeiders. While continuing the investigation, the officer found Zeiders to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Zeiders was under the influence to the degree she could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Zeiders was transported to Cumberland County Prison where she was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
