On August 5th, 2023, at approximately 2:18 am, an Officer observed a vehicle commit a vehicle code violation on North Walnut Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Lynn Strickler. During the investigation, she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Strickler was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
