On August 22nd, 2023 at approximately 12:14 am., an Officer observed a vehicle being driven with two flat tires and other damage. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Chakra Majhi. During the investigation, he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Majhi was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
