On August 19th, 2023, at approximately 2:31 am., the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched for a possible fight in the 100 block of West Main Street. While an Officer was on scene, a vehicle attempted to leave the area. The vehicle struck a parked vehicle and became stuck. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Hem Ghalley and he was found to be intoxicated. Ghalley was arrested and a preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
