On August 14th, 2023 at approximately 11:40 pm., the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to the first block of West Allen Street for an assault. Officers determined Jesse Ramirez assaulted the victim prior to leaving the scene. Ramirez reportedly grabbed the victim’s wrist and pushed them into a wall. The victim did have a wrist injury consistent with being grabbed and twisted.
