On May 31st, 2022, at approximately 6:15 am, the police department was dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of North Arch Street for an active physical domestic. Upon arrival it was determined a juvenile male had assaulted the victim. There were injuries on the victim which were visible and consistent with what was reported. Cumberland County Juvenile Probation was contacted and they were advised of what occurred. While at the residence a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia was located. Charges were filed against the juvenile for the assault and the associated marijuana and paraphernalia.
