On August 12th, 2023, at approximately 12:26 am, an Officer observed a vehicle code violation on East Simpson Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Meghan Remsnyder. During the investigation, she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Remsnyder was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
