On November 13th, 2022, at approximately 1:22 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 200 block of East Allen Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Rodriguez and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Rodriguez was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
