On October 27th, 2023, at approximately 1:35 am, an officer observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the 400 block of East Main Street. Several vehicle code violations were observed and the officer conducted a traffic stop. The operator was identified as Ogundere. Ogundere was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Investigation determined Ogundere was under the influence to the degree he was unsafe to operate a motor vehicle. Ogundere was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center.
