On November 15th, 2022, at approximately 12:24 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 700 block of West Main Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Mentzer and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Mentzer was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
