On April 8th, 2023, at approximately 9:10 am, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West Main Street for a vehicle striking a gas pump bollard. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Monismith and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Monismith was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and charges were filed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
