On April 11th, 2023, at approximately 2:24 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 700 block of West Main Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Creque and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Creque was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. It was later determined the owner of the vehicle had not provided permission for Creque to operate their vehicle. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
