On August 19th, at approximately 12:08 pm, the police department had a cell phone turned over which was located in the 1st block of West Main Street. The cell phone reportedly had been found last week, but was turned over to the police department today. The cell phone is locked, but the picture attached shows the possible owners. Anyone claiming the phone should be prepared to prove ownership. Anyone that knows the persons in the picture please contact the police department or those persons. Any and all assistance is appreciated.
