On October 16th, 2020, at approximately 4:15 pm, the police department learned a hit and run crash occurred in the 400 block of West Marble Street. This was reported to the police department by the male juvenile victim who was riding their bicycle in the area westbound. The victim advised he was struck by a blue, four-door sedan, which was traveling in the same direction. While the vehicle was passing the victim, he was struck, knocking him to the ground. The vehicle did not stop. The victim suffered minor injuries. The vehicle was described as having tinted windows and was operated by a male with dark colored hair. The police department is asking for help in identifying the vehicle involved. Anyone with information about the vehicle, or its driver, is asked to contact the police department.
