On January 31st, 2023, at approximately 9:40 am, the victim contacted the police department about their vehicle having been struck. The victim had their vehicle parked in the 100 block of South Market Street at the time. The victim advised they had their vehicle parked facing north. They found a note on their vehicle from someone stating a black sedan struck their vehicle. The witness could not provide any more of a description of the striking vehicle. The driver’s side mirror and doors were damaged by the passing vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
