On September 15th, 2021, at approximately 7:01 pm, the victim contacted the police department about their vehicle being struck while parked in the parking lot in the 100 block of South Filbert Street. The victim had their vehicle parked on the north side of the lot at the time. There were two small dents located on the driver’s side rear quarter panel by the victim upon returning to their vehicle. The victim believes the crash occurred between 4:30 and 6:00 pm. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
