On December 30th, 2021, the police department was dispatched to the area of the 1st block of North Arch Street for a vehicle on the railroad tracks. Officers arriving on scene located the vehicle which was still on the tracks and unoccupied. The vehicle appeared to have been driven onto the tracks from the area of the Municipal Parking lot located in the 1st block of East Strawberry Avenue. The vehicle’s driver was located walking away from the scene, a block away, and was identified. The vehicle had to be towed due to the damage it sustained.
