On March 16th, 2022, at approximately 12:19 pm, the police department was contacted by a witness about a hit and run crash. The witness advised they observed a tractor trailer strike a stop sign located at the intersection of Brandy Lane and North Filbert Street. The tractor trailer knocked over the sign and continued driving. The witness was unable to provide any more of a description other than it being a tractor trailer. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
