On October 21st, 2020, at approximately 9:48 am, the police department was contacted by a contractor working on a building located in the 100 block of West Allen Street. Upon arrival the contractor advised the railing to the business was damaged sometime between 2:00 pm on 10/20 and his arriving for work at 8:30 am 10/21. It is believed the damage was from a tractor trailer turning from South High Street onto West Allen Street. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
