On September 1st, 2022, at approximately 5:55 pm, the police department was advised by a witness, a tractor trailer struck struck the traffic light pole in the 1st block of North Walnut Street. The witness advised the tractor trailer was making a turn from East Main Street onto North Walnut Street. Officers checked the area and observed fresh damage to the pole. The tractor trailer was not located. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
