On December 30th, 2022, the victim contacted the police department after receiving a Chase Bank debit card in the mail. The victim who resides in the 500 block of West Simpson Street advised they did not apply for the card nor did they authorize anyone to apply for the card with their information. It is unknown how the victim’s identifying information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
