On August 7th, 2021, at approximately 3:05 pm, the victim contacted the police department about a Wells Fargo account being opened in their name. The victim resides in the 400 block of West Main Street. The victim was contacted by Wells Fargo and told about the account. It is unknown how their information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact to the police department.
