On November 9th, 2021, at approximately 12:01 pm, the victim came to the police department after receiving a letter in the mail from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. The letter stated the victim’s unemployment application had been denied. The victim advised they did not file an application. The victim resides in the 1100 block of Apple Drive. It appears from the contents of the letter only the victim’s name was used. None of the other identifying information was on the letter or submitted. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
