On April 12th, 2023, at approximately 6:22 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 400 block of East Main Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Cooper was travelling westbound on East Main Street. Traffic was stopping in front of her vehicle and she was not able to stop in time prior to her vehicle striking the vehicle in front of her. This vehicle was being operated by Hubler. As a result of being struck from behind, Hubler’s vehicle struck the vehicle in front of hers. The driver of this vehicle did not stop at the scene, but kept driving after traffic cleared in front of them. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
