On December 13th, 2022, at approximately 3:47 pm, the victim contacted the police department regarding a PFA violation which occurred in the 800 block of Old Silver Spring Road. Investigation into the report revealed there was an active PFA in effect from the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. It was determined a violation did occur. Kresge-Gonzalez was determined to be the suspect. He was located and taken into custody for the violation. He was transported to the Cumberland County Prison and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Freedman. Bail was set at $5,000, secure. A contempt hearing will be held at a later date.
