Stalking, Indecent Exposure

On March 25th, 2023, at approximately 10:24 am, the police department was contacted by the victim reporting multiple issues involving an individual. The individual was later identified as Reynolds. The victim advised they came in contact with Reynolds at their place of employment. After Reynolds no longer worked there he began looking for and following the victim at and from various businesses. In the early morning hours on 3/25, a witness went outside the victim’s residence and while walking to their vehicle, they saw Reynold’s vehicle parked net to the victim’s vehicle. The vehicles were parked in the 1st block of West Strawberry Avenue. The witness walked over to Reynold’s vehicle and found him inside, naked. Reynolds advised he was there to hang out with the victim. He was told to leave and he stated something to the effect of “he kills people.” Reynolds left the area in his truck after this. After he left, the victim observed notes inside their vehicle, some of which had Reynolds’ name on them. There was also items moved around inside the vehicle. The witness reported two days prior they had observed Reynolds open the door to the victim’s apartment and enter inside. The witness confronted Reynolds and he left the area. Charges were filed against Reynolds and a preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
