On July 22nd, 2022, at approximately 5:57 pm, the police department was contacted by the victim advising a bicycle wheel had been stolen from their bicycle. The victim, who resides in an apartment building in the 100 block of West Locust Street, stated their bicycle is kept in a storage room in the apartment building. When they went to get their bicycle today they found the front wheel was taken. The room is not locked and can be accessed by anyone within the building. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
