On July 24th, 2022, at approximately 3:54 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of West Simpson and South York Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arriving officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Danley was operating his vehicle westbound on West Simpson Street. He attempted to turn left onto South York Street and upon completing his turn his vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle being driven by Frank. Danley advised the light had turned yellow and he assumed Frank would be stopping at the light. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash.
