On July4th, 2023, at approximately 11:04 pm., the victim contacted the Police Department to report a theft. The victim stated they were riding the above pictured motorized scooter when the suspect approached. Due to the suspect running toward the victim, they ran on foot leaving the scooter behind. When the victim returned for the scooter, they found it had been taken. The name of a possible suspect was provided to the Police. After an investigation, there was no evidence to prove the suspected person stole the scooter. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Police Department.
