On April 2nd, 2024 at approximately 9:53 PM, the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of East Locust Street for a theft from motor vehicle. The victim reported an unknown person entered the vehicle earlier in the day. Two items were stolen from the vehicle. Residents are reminded to not leave valuable items inside their vehicles even if they are locked.
