On February 18th, 2021, at approximately 7:47 pm, the victim contacted the police department about a package they had delivered, but they did not receive. The victim advised they had a package delivered to their apartment building located in the 100 block of East Allen Street. The package was left at the front entrance of the building. Their neighbor saw the package and put the package in front of the victim’s apartment door. The package was taken prior to the victim retrieving it. Although a similar theft occurred prior to this one, the individual who took the package is unknown and was not the same person. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the police department.
