On June 15th, 2021, at approximately 7:30 am, the victim business owner contacted the police department after finding trash located inside and outside the business trash dumpster. The business is located in the 700 block of East Simpson Street. The victim advised they did not provide permission for anyone to use their dumpster. It is unknown who placed the trash there. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the police department.
