On December 2nd, 2021, at approximately 6:14 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South Norway Street and East Stouffer Alley for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Brown was operating her vehicle eastbound on East Stouffer Alley. Brown advised she did not see the stop sign at the intersection with South Norway Street. Brown pulled into the path of Biswas’ vehicle which was travelling northbound on South Norway Street. Biswas advised he could not avoid the crash. Biswas’ vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained from the crash.
