On March 6th, 2022, at approximately 4:15 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred in 600 block of South Market Street. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Osborne was northbound on South Market Street. Osborne advised she took her eyes off the road to change music and struck a parked vehicle. The parked vehicle was pushed into another parked vehicle. EMS evaluated two passengers in Osborne’s vehicle, but they were not transported. Osborne’s vehicle and the first parked vehicle were towed from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash. The police department was assisted on scene by Hampden Township EMS.
