On September 9th, 2020 at approximately 3:38 pm, the police department was contacted by Swetra. She advised her vehicle had been struck while it was parked in the 200 block of South Filbert Street. There was a note left on the vehicle advising of a name and phone number for the individual causing the damage. Wheeler was contacted and she advised she was attempting to parallel park and struck Swetra’s vehicle. Swetra’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage sustained in the crash.
