On May 21st, 2022, at approximately 6:54 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York and West Marble Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Stover was operating her vehicle eastbound on West Marble Street. Magruder was operating her vehicle south on South York Street. Both advised they stopped at their respective stop signs. They both were intending to continue travelling in the same direction. Upon Stover entering the intersection, her vehicle struck Magruder’s vehicle. Both of the vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash. The police department was assisted on scene by the Mechanicsburg Fire Department.
