On October 18th, 2022, at approximately 7:02 pm, the police department was dispatched for a crash which just occurred at the intersection of South High and West Marble Streets. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Pham was stopped at the stop sign on South High Street facing north. She pulled into the intersection to continue travelling on South High Street and was struck by a vehicle travelling east on West Marble Street. This vehicle was operated by juvenile male who did not have a stop sign.
