On October 21st, 2022, at approximately 5:11 pm, the police department was contacted by the victim who resides in the 200 block of South Arch Street. The victim advised while inside their residence on the 20th, at approximately 4:30 pm, they observed a female juvenile throw asphalt at the side door and window which faces the alley. The asphalt struck the window screen and put holes in it. After throwing the asphalt the juvenile ran off. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
