On October 21st, 2022, at approximately 5:36 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred at the intersection of Allendale Road and East Coover Street. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found a vehicle being operated by a juvenile female was travelling west on East Coover Street. They stopped their vehicle at the stop sign and intended to continue travelling west. Upon pulling into the intersection their vehicle struck a vehicle travelling south on Allendale Road, operated by Nauss. Nauss’ vehicle spun around and struck a third vehicle which was travelling north on Allendale Road, operated by Collazo. Nauss’ vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
