On November 9th, 2022, at approximately 3:57 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash at the intersection of West Main Street and High Street. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Kreiger was operating his vehicle southbound on North High Street. After stopping at the stop sign at West Main Street, Kreiger pulled his vehicle into traffic and a vehicle travelling westbound on West Main Street. This vehicle was being operated by Prough. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. A passenger in Prough’s vehicle advised they were injured during the crash. They did not want to be evaluated on scene.
