On November 30th, 2022, at approximately 2:48 pm, the police department was dispatched to South Market and Marble Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Gerbi stopped at the stop sign on West Marble Street at South Market Street. When Gerbi pulled into the intersection her vehicle struck a southbound vehicle being operated by Phillips. Phillips’ vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
