On March 30th, 2023, at approximately 5:54 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of South York and West Keller Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Nicholson stopped at the stop sign on West Keller Street at South York Street. She was intending to cross westbound over South York Street. Upon pulling from the stop sign her vehicle was struck by a southbound vehicle. This vehicle was being operated by McConnell, who did not have a stop sign. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash.
